Health & Safety Protocols
The safety and well-being of our attendees and industry partners is a top priority for AACOM; therefore, we will be implementing health and safety guidelines for Educating Leaders 2025.
Conference attendees will be asked to agree to the guidelines below when registering.
Requirements for Attendance
We recommend attendees be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations, per CDC guidelines, including any booster dose(s). While we will not require proof of vaccination status, AACOM urges all attendees to follow the CDC’s recommendation that everyone receive updated vaccines as soon as they are eligible. Learn more about the CDC’s guidance here.
Masks are optional.
Liability Waiver
I understand that travel and gathering involve the risk of sickness, including sickness from COVID-19. I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release AACOM and its industry partners, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at an event hosted by AACOM.
I agree to not attend any AACOM event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case or tested positive for COVID-19.
This waiver and release are binding on me and my heirs and successors.
