Presenter Toolkit
This section is for Educating Leaders 2025 presenters. See below for important information on submitting/updating presentation materials, updated poster guidelines and other pertinent details for presenters.
To verify your presentation date, time and location, view the online program which will be available by January 1, 2025.
Registration
Presenters are required to register for the conference. Conference registration will open in December. Visit the registration page now to learn more.
Presentation Instructions
Posters
- Poster presenters must be registered for the conference to have their name listed in our program. Co-authors not registered for the conference should be listed on your poster.
- All posters must upload a digital version of their poster and an audio file explaining the poster. The primary presenter has access to upload.
- Opt-in the poster awards when you receive your acceptance notification.
- Upload poster and audio file by March 1, 2025, to be considered for poster awards
- All others must be uploaded by March 28, 2025
- Digital posters will be available to registered conference attendees for three months after the event.
- Primary presenters will have access to upload directly from their Speaker Center. Instructions will be emailed to the Primary Presenter. Contact annualconf@aacom.org for questions.
- The Poster Sip and Stoll is Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 4:45 – 5:45 pm. Presenters must print and place their poster in the designated location. Set up time and location will be communicated.
- Presenters who will not be able to display their poster on-site, must contact annualconf@aacom.org

Oral
- The time allotted each presentation includes time for Q&A:
- 15 minute (10 min, plus 5 min Q&A)
- 20-minute (15 min, plus 5 min Q&A)
- 30-minute (20 min, plus 10 min Q&A)
- 60-minute (45 min, plus 15 min Q&A)
- Slides will be pre-loaded onto the meeting room computer. Presenters must upload their final presentations two weeks before the conference. The primary presenter can upload files directly through the Speaker Center, with instructions sent via email. For any questions, please contact annualconf@aacom.org.
- Oral presentations will be recorded with screen and audio. Recorded presentations will move to on-demand two-weeks after the conference and be available to registered attendees for three months.
- Presenters are encouraged, but not required to use the EL25 Branded PowerPoint Template.
If not using the EL25 PPT template - Create your slides in 16:9 format. To do this in PowerPoint, click on the “Design” tab at the top of the PowerPoint menu, select “Slide Size,” and choose “Wide Format 16:9.”

- You may use alternatives to PowerPoint.
Workshops
- Organizer should report to A/V tech 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the workshop.
- Workshops will NOT be recorded.
