- A.T. Still University of Health Sciences
- Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine

- Kansas City University
- Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences
- Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
- Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York
“AACOM applauds these institutions for living out their missions of educating a diverse physician workforce,” said AACOM President and CEO Robert A. Cain, DO. “As an association, inclusion is one of AACOM’s five core values, and has been central to osteopathic medicine since its founding. We are proud of these COMs for their achievement and of our broader community for the increased diversity reported across the 2022 graduating class.”
