This section is for Educating Leaders 2024 oral and poster presenters. See below for important information on submitting/updating presentation materials, updated poster guidelines and other pertinent details for presenters.

Presenter Toolkit

• Abstract authors may view their own abstract in the Abstract Portal. Upon request, AACOM can make edits.

• Poster PDF and mp3 or mp4 file to be uploaded by March 15, 2024.
  • In addition to the on-site poster viewing, all posters will be accessible in a Virtual Poster Hall available to registered attendees for three months.

• Oral PPT slides must be uploaded by April 12, 2024.
  • Slides will be pre-loaded into the meeting room computer. At the conference, presentations will be recorded with screen and audio. Recorded presentations will move to on-demand shortly after the conference and be available to registered attendees for three months.
  • EL24 PowerPoint Template
    Upload and use the Educating Leaders 2024 branded PowerPoint template to craft your presentation.
  • If not using the EL24 PPT template
    • Create your slides in 16:9 format. To do this in PowerPoint, click on the “Design” tab at the top of the PowerPoint menu, select “Slide Size,” and choose “Wide Format 16:9.”

Upload Instructions

Primary presenters were emailed instructions for uploading PowerPoints and posters via the Speaker Center Contact annualconf@aacom.org to have them re-sent.

Presentation Basics & Schedule Confirmation

Presenters are required to register for the conference. Conference registration will open in December. Visit the registration page now to learn more about the registration fees.

The time allotted each presentation includes time for Q&A:

• 20-minute (15 min, plus 5 min Q&A)
• 30-minute (20 min, plus 10 min Q&A)
• 60-minute (45 min, plus 15 min Q&A)
