CHSU Accreditation Celebration Commemorates All Programs Being Accredited: The California Health Sciences University (CHSU) held a celebration this week to commemorate achieving full accreditation for all its programs. The Accreditation Celebration brought together more than 300 people on the medical school campus in Clovis, including CHSU medical and pre-medical students, alumni, administration, faculty, staff, trustees, founders, elected officials and community partners. Representatives from the offices of Reps. Vince Fong (R-CA), Jim Costa (D-CA) and California State Senator Shannon Grove also attended the event and presented CHSU with certificates of special recognition for achieving full accreditation for all its programs. Learn more.

NCCIH Coalition for Whole Person Health: Eligible osteopathic organizations are invited to join the NIH National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH)’s Coalition for Whole Person Health, a new endeavor that will help to engage patients, healthcare professionals and researchers. The coalition will provide a platform to discuss challenges and opportunities in the research field related to delivering whole person care to individuals.
