Senior Leadership Development Program Fellows Celebrate Completion of the Program’s First Phase

In August 2023, Fellows from the AACOM Senior Leadership Development Program (SLDP) met in Atlanta, Georgia, and completed Phase I of the program. On the first day, the Fellows focused on personal and interpersonal competencies for leadership. On the second day, Fellows spent time in their chosen elective track (Learning and Curriculum or GME Leadership). Additionally, teams discussed and selected a research project on a critical issue in osteopathic medical education.
