As we move towards the single graduate medical education (GME) accreditation system, it becomes extremely important to develop an osteopathic curriculum that can be integrated into a residency program. This presentation will cover how to develop a longitudinal osteopathic curriculum. We will review Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) terms for different assessment methods that can be applied to the curriculum. Also, we will identify competency-based evaluation tools for an osteopathic curriculum.
The objectives of this webinar are to describe approaches to develop an osteopathic curriculum in your residency, understand assessment methods for an osteopathic curriculum, and identify competency-based evaluation tools for an osteopathic curriculum.
